Madison Gambone is an Associate at Thomas Downing Law Firm. Madison assists the firm to deliver comprehensive legal services to its clients across various business, corporate, and real estate matters. Her role involves working with the firm’s partners on commercial real estate transactions, corporate governance, and complex contract drafting, as well as supporting the firm's litigation team in resolving business and commercial disputes. She also assists in the firm's role as a Qualified Intermediary, facilitating tax-deferred real estate exchanges under Section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code. 

Madison graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and is licensed to practice law in Ohio. During law school, she participated in the Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic (ECDC), where she advised small businesses and nonprofit organizations. Madison also served as a published member of the Intellectual Property and Computer Law Journal (IPCLJ).
